IbisPrep needed a full two-sided marketplace: students discover and book tutors, tutors approve sessions and sell courses, and money flows safely between everyone. That means split payments with tutor payouts, timezone-safe scheduling with approval deadlines, live video sessions, and real-time messaging, all working across a mobile app, an admin panel, and one backend.

Two-role Flutter app with separate student and tutor experiences in one codebase
Session booking with tutor approval, reschedule, cancellation, and automatic expiry of unanswered requests
Stripe payments with automatic tutor payouts via Stripe Express, plus hour-quota packages and course purchases
Google Meet links generated automatically for every approved session through the Calendar API
Real-time chat over Socket.IO with push, email, and in-app notifications for every booking event
Next.js admin panel covering sessions, tutors, students, courses, quizzes, transactions, and sales
